Event Details
    Client agrees that no pets or animals of any kind are permitted on the premises on our around the equipment at any time during the rental period, including but not limited to:
  • Dogs
  • Cats
  • Livestock
  • Emotional support animals
  • Any other domestic or non-domestic animals for the duration of the rental.
CLEANLINESS & WASTE
    Client is fully responsible for ensuring that:
  • The premises remain clean and free of animal waste at all times
  • Any animal waste is cleaned and properly disposed of prior to the event.
FEES DAMAGES
    If any animal waste, damages, animals chewing biting or anything as the results of unattended animals additional cleaning is required as a result of animals being present, Client agrees to:
  • Pay a minimum cleaning fee of $100 (or actual cost, whichever is greater)
  • Damages are subject to professional inspection and repair as well as loss of rental income during the repair process.
  • Be responsible for any property damage or sanitation services required
VIOLATION OF POLICY
    Failure to comply with this addendum may result in:
  • Immediate removal of the rental equipment.
  • Additional fees
  • Possible termination of the event without refund (at Party Plaza discretion)
